Roadbooks are tricky this year!

You’re at TP 37. You’re in a Speed Zone. There’s dust everywhere. You’re flying along a wide, fast white gravel road…

You see the tarmac road ahead, so you overshoot the turn by just 50 metres—and suddenly you “open” the DZ waypoint. Yes, you open it because this particular roadbook is set to validating the waypoints in any order…

A warning pops up.

Now you’re confused.

You stop.

You realize you missed the turn. You should have gone left… but the DZ is straight ahead.

Meanwhile, more riders are doing exactly the same thing.

You stare at the roadbook, trying to figure out what’s going on. Finally, you validate the WPP, your Terra automatically adjusts the odometer to 25.97 km, and only then do you know you’re back on the correct route.
