UNTAMED Academy Trophy
A new Trophy at the Dinaric Rally Raid, ment for UNTAMED Riding Academy Cadets
More than 100 riders have taken their first steps in rally raid through the UNTAMED Riding Academy. Over the years, many of them have gone on to stand on podiums across Europe, some have finished Dakar, and others have built successful rally careers at national and international level. Allmost all of them stayed, addicted to the sport we LOVE!
This year, we’d like to recognise that achievement with something special.
The UNTAMED Academy Trophy is a dedicated Dinaric Rally classification for riders who have completed one of the UNTAMED Riding Academy training programmes. Every Academy graduate competing at Dinaric Rally will automatically be included. No separate registration is required.
The prizes are:
- Entry to Morocco Rally Training
- Entry to Dinaric Adventure Raid
- ntry to Dinaric Rally 2027
(+ some interesting prizes from our marketing collaborations…)
The idea behind the trophy is simple.
When we started organising riding trainings, our goal was to create a reliable gateway into the sport. To give riders the knowledge, confidence and foundations needed to progress beyond their first roadbook and first rally. The results speak for themselves.
Many Academy graduates quickly outgrew their instructors. Some became class winners. Some moved on to international competition. A few have already reached the W2RC and Dakar Rally.
At Dinaric Rally 2026, UNTAMED Academy graduates can be found throughout the field. Some are fighting for overall victories, some are chasing class podiums, and others are preparing for their next step in the sport.
The UNTAMED Academy Trophy is not a separate competition. It is a recognition of what Academy riders have achieved over the years and of the role they continue to play within the rally.
What started as a training programme has become a proven pathway into rally raid.
This trophy belongs to those who proved it!

UNTAMED Academy Trophy – Application
My rally journey started with a ride from Denmark to Suki in 2024.
I arrived at the UNTAMED Bootcamp on my heavily loaded Honda Africa Twin. I had ridden all the way from Denmark carrying my camping gear, tools, spare parts, and even an extra set of rally tyres because after the Bootcamp I was continuing directly to Rally Albania.
The truth is… I knew almost nothing about rally raid.
Later, Perica told me that the organizers had looked at me and joked that they would probably have to rescue me from the mountains several times with the trailers.
They never had to.
I completed the Bootcamp, continued to Albania, and finished my first international rally.
Since then I have completed:
Rally Albania 2024, 2025 and 2026
Dinaric Rally 2024 and 2025
Today, the story is very different.
Last year I came to Dinaric Rally with Team RallyTech. This year our team has grown to around 12 riders, many of them competing in their very first rally. Helping new riders prepare for their first rally has become one of the most rewarding parts of my own journey.
Back home in Denmark I organize roadbook training workshops, teach rally navigation, and work as a guide on adventure motorcycle tours. My goal is to make rally raid less intimidating and show riders that you don’t have to be a professional to get started.
I still ride a Honda XL750 Transalp—a big adventure bike. Not because it is the fastest choice, but because I enjoy challenging myself.
I’m not chasing podiums.
My goal for Dinaric Rally 2026 is simple:
To complete every stage once again.
My long-term dream is Africa Eco Race 2027, but I also hope to inspire more riders to discover the incredible rally community that completely changed my own life.
I started as the guy everyone thought would need rescuing.
Now I return helping others reach the finish line.
